LOOKING BACK TO THE FUTURE
The emergence of climate change as a central political issue around the world ,along with growing concern 4 the environment more generally ,has raised the chalenge to achieve sustainability as a high order social goal .yet over the 20 y..since the publication of the landmark brundtland report on sustainable devolepoment,humanity has moved further away from sustainability in many importent aspects,particularly at the global scale.this peaper provides an overview of the current understanding of how the human environment relationship has evolved through time ,analyzes the quest 4 sustainability in contemporary society.,& briefly explores the implications of this analyses 4 the trajectory of the human enviroment relationship in the 21 century.the focus is on earth systems perspective .exploration of the human-environment relationship through time shows a fundemental switch about 200 yrs ago .,when human socity shifted from being largely the recipient of changes in earth system functioning to becoming aglobel geophysical force itself,revaling the great force of nature in magnitude.contemporary human societies are now on ademonstrably nonsustainable trajectory,especially with regard to climate change ,with no sign at the global scale of any change in trajectory.

DEFINITION OF SWADESHI
After much thinking i have arrived @ a definition of swadeshi that ,perhaps,best illustrates my meaning.swadeshi is that spirit in which restricts us to the use and services of our immediate surrounding to the exclusion of the more remote.thus, as 4 religion,in order to satisfy the requirements of the definition,i must restrict my self to my ancestral religion.that is the use of my immediate religious surrounding.if i find it defective,i should serve it by puring it of its defectes.........SAMATHWAVAADI.

UNCONDITIONAL LOVE
There is no condition in love.love is free of all bindings.krishna,meera,chaithyna,poontanam,kurooramma......all danced inecstasy,expressing their love of god.Chaitanya says dancing is the best way of spreading bliss &joy.ramakrishna says dancing is the ultimmate technique to drop ur ego.if u love god,just dance ur way to god.children need not to be taught to dance,they already are that way.theie inner intelligence knows how to balance their energy in the centere of their being and that is why they are so joyfull all the time.but u are unable to handle them in that state and so u suppress them and make them quiet.when u dance whithout any condition whith ur belng,urso otal and near to god.

TEMPLE ARCHITECTURE IN KERALA.
In purely archaeological terms much of kerala architecture is early or late medieval . but this is only a historical period statement ,the text VASTU ,AGAMA, or TANTRA are also late medieval however the architecture style as also the ritual has elementes of many ancient traditions. the field is vast & despite the monumental work of scholars like poduval ,sarkar {two reachers} & others,much morr is called for.here we can draw attention only to some pan india trans_historical principles &fundamentals &equally remarkable distinctive regional features. the architecture plan of the kerala templs are built largely on the pan indian almost universal model of the VASTHUPURUSA. the figure of man purusa in the literal sense as also figurative mean & as a macro & micro measure has from time immemorial been used in many culture as a symbol of co-ordinated function a whole, vedic ritual {karma kanda} the viniyoga concretised the absract concepts of the PURUSA in the RIGVEDA. vastu texts ranging from the AGNIPURANA to the latrst from kerala namely the arc.........plan of the hindu tempel is based on the TANTRASAMUCHAYA by chennas namboodiripad & SILPARATNA OF SRIKUMARA all make reference to the figure of man in indian architecture plans.

Chembai vaidyanatha bagavathar [1894-1974} was born in a family with a musical tradition.he studied music under his father,sre anantha bagavathar ,a famous vocalist and violinist. for over maney years,chembai dominated the field of carnatic music with his ringing voice.KATRIKA SWARA[katiri swara} is his famous perfomence.hi is a storing BAKTHA of lord sree guruvaayoorappan.it was a strange coincidence that chembai.who began his professional career with a music at krishna temple in kerala,should have his last concert also at the krishna temple at OTTAPPALAM [plghat dist}.on 16th of october 1974,a few hours after that memmorable concert ,chembai breathed his last at the age of 80.his famouse keerthana ....KARUNA CHEYVANENTHU THAAMASAM KRISHNA.....of his last word..
